Official terms of use and code of conduct for Balkanplex community members.
1 INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
By registering and using the Balkanplex forum, you agree to comply with all the rules listed below. The administration reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
🤝 2. MEMBER CONDUCT
- Respect: Insults, swearing, and hate speech (national, religious, racial) are strictly prohibited.
- No Politics: Discussions regarding daily politics are not allowed.
- Literacy: Try to write grammatically correct. No CAPS LOCK (shouting).
🚫 3. MESSAGE CONTENT
- Prohibited: Pornography, violence, and piracy (Warez, cracks, illegal links).
- Copyright: When sharing news, you must cite the source.
- Privacy: "Doxing" (publishing others' personal data) is forbidden.
📝 4. CREATING TOPICS
- Search: Check if a topic already exists before opening a new one.
- Title: Must be clear. Avoid "Help!!!", "Urgent" and similar.
- Off-topic: Stick to the subject. Derailing is only allowed in the "Chit-Chat" section.
📢 5. ADVERTISING (SPAM)
- Mass sending of promotional messages (SPAM) is strictly prohibited.
- Advertising websites/services is allowed only with administration approval.
👤 6. USER ACCOUNTS
- Only one account per user is allowed. Clones will be banned.
- Avatars and signatures must not be offensive or oversized.
🔨 7. MODERATION AND PENALTIES
- Moderator decisions are final. Send appeals exclusively via private messages.
- Sanctions include: Warning, temporary, or permanent ban.
